.این روز با هدف تأکید وترویج حقوق زنان و به منظور جلب توجه به خشونتهایی
که بر زنان و دختران در سراسر جهان اعمال می‌شود وانواع تبعیض های وارده بر آنان
ایجاد شده است.
انواع
خشونت علیه زنان در جهان شامل خشونت فیزیکی، روانی، جنسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی می‌شود.
در
زمینه خشونت فیزیکی، ضرب و شتم زنان توسط همسر یا اعضای دیگر خانواده از این دست
به شمار می‌آید. خشونت روانی نیز شامل تهدیدها، تحقیر و کنترل از طریق ایجاد ترس و
استفاده از اقدامات انزواطلبانه است.
در
زمینه خشونت جنسی برجسته ترین موارد تجاوز، زورگیری جنسی و امثالهم است که
برای زنان رخ می‌دهد. خشونت اقتصادی نیز شامل محدود کردن دسترسی به منابع مالی و
مشکلات اقتصادی به دلیل جنسیت است.
در
ایران اما ،خشونت علیه زنان نه تنها به عنوان اَعمال فردی بلکه به عنوان پدیده‌ای
جامعه‌شناختی و سیستماتیک و ساختاری نمایان می‌شود.
در
ایران،انتقادات زیادی بر برخی قوانین و سیاست‌ها از سوی فعالان حقوق زنان ونهادهای
بین المللی ،به عنوان قوانین و سیاست های ضد زن و خشونت آمیز علیه زنان وارد
است.
برای
مثال، نابرابری در زمینه دسترسی به فرصت‌های تحصیلی و حرفه‌ای، موانع قانونی در
مسائل مالی و حتی فرهنگی، اساس خشونت‌های سیستماتیک علیه زنان را می‌سازد.
از
سوی دیگر قوانین ضد زن اسلامی مانند حقوق ارث،حق طلاق، حقوق حضانت، و مقررات حجاب
اجباری، کودک همسری همه و همه از جمله خشونتهایی است که قوانین ضد زنِ جمهوری
اسلامی آنها را تشدید میکند! وزمینه ساز خشونت های فردی و اجتماعی بیشتر
علیه زنان می شوند.
زنهای
ایرانی بیشتر از همه جا دستخوش خشونت تحت لوای فرهنگ و قانون هستند.مبارزه علیه
این نابرابریها مستلزم یک مبارزه روزانه همه جانبه و پیگیرانه می باشد.تا با
سرنگونی حاکمیت اسلامی و مستبدانه ضد زن ساختارهای نظام موجود ،بتوان با
آموزش و آگاهی و اطلاع رسانی اجتماعی و همچنین تغییر بنیادین قوانین و تبیین آنها
براساس حقوق انسانی برابر و عاری از تبعیض طرحی نو در انداخت و شعار زن زندگی
آزادی رو محقق ساخت.

Types of violence against women in the world include physical, psychological, sexual, economic and cultural violence.
In the context of physical violence, women are beaten by their husbands or other family members. Psychological violence also includes threats, humiliation and control through creating fear and using isolation measures.
In the field of sexual violence, the most prominent cases are rape, sexual coercion and the like that happen to women. Economic violence also includes limiting access to financial resources and economic hardship due to gender.
In Iran, however, violence against women is not only seen as individual acts, but also as a sociological, systematic and structural phenomenon.
In Iran, there are many criticisms of some laws and policies from women's rights activists and international institutions, as anti-women and violent laws and policies against women.
For example, inequality in access to educational and professional opportunities, legal barriers in financial and even cultural issues form the basis of systematic violence against women.
On the other hand, Islamic anti-women laws such as inheritance rights, divorce rights, custody rights, and mandatory hijab regulations, child marriage are among the violence that the anti-women laws of the Islamic Republic intensify! They become the basis for more personal and social violence against women.
Iranian women are subjected to violence more than anywhere else under the banner of culture and law. The fight against these inequalities requires an all-round and persistent daily struggle. In order to overthrow the anti-women authoritarian Islamic rule of the existing system structures, with education and awareness Social outreach as well as the fundamental change of laws and their explanation based on equal human rights and free from discrimination opened a new plan and realized the slogan of women's life of freedom.
