Sara Jalilian talks about her experiences in the Mahsa movement

I am Sara.

A woman who was present in Mahsa Amini’s revolution. A woman who saw with her own eyes the anger, hope, pain, and resistance of Iranian women and men in those days. A woman who ran in the streets, screamed, cried, and was even shot, but did not give up.

I stand here today to tell you about those days. The days when we women stood shoulder to shoulder. The days when we shouted loudly: Women, Life, Freedom. The days when the world saw the daughters of this land stand up against oppression and discrimination with empty hands, but with hearts full of courage.

I want to tell you about the mothers who lost their children, but their voices were not silenced. About the sisters who stood together and built a chain of hope. About the young people who, despite the danger, despite the bullets, still took to the streets because they believed that freedom was worth fighting for.

I am here to say: We did not fight just for a name or a day; We fought for the future. For a tomorrow where the girls of this land can laugh freely, choose freely, live freely.

The blood of Mahsa Amini and all the innocent lives that were taken in those days will never be in vain. Every wound that fell on our bodies, every tear, every cry, all became a seed for the growth of a freer tomorrow.

We are still standing. I, as a woman, still stand by the women of my country. My body may be wounded, but my spirit is stronger than ever.

And today I say it out loud: Women, life, freedom, is not a slogan that will be silenced. This is our destiny, our path, and the future that we will build with our own hands.

هشت مارس روزجهانی زن که جرقه اولیه آنرا زنان کارگر در نساجی های نیویورک برخرمن نابرابری و بهره کشی ضالمانه نظام حاکم زد. طی یکصد و شانزده سالیکه از آن حرکت تاریخی گذشته تبدیل به جنبشی جهانی شده که بسیاری از حکومتها حتی به ظاهر هم که شده این روز را گرامی میدارند.

همگان میدانیم که مبارزه برای احقاق حقوق زن در جمهوری اسلامی با حضور میلیونی زنان و دوشادوش مردان آزادیخواه و برابری طلب میسر است. جنبش زن زندگی آزادی نمونه بارز این روند روبه رشد بود.

امسال ما در شرایطی به استقبال هشت مارس روز جهانی زن در ایران میرویم که به برکت جکومت اسلامی، فقر و فلاکت و گرانی نه تنها گریبان زنان کارگر، بلکه خانواده های اقشار متوسط جامعه ایران را فرا گرفته است. سرمای شدید ورشکستی حکومت در تولید برق و توزیع گاز، سلامت جسم و روان اکثریت خانوارهای زحمتکش را بخطر نابودی رسانده است. زنان در این اوضاع و احوال فشار مضاعفی را متحمل میشوند. از اینرو ما شاهد حضور زنان در کنار مردان در صفوف بازنشستگان، پرستاران در اعتراض به وضع موجود از یکطرف و مبارزه با حجاب بانان از سوی دیگر در مصاف تاریخی علیه ارتجاع سیاه اسلامی، هستیم.

در میزگرد امشب از دو فعال حقوق زنان مریم مرادی و دیانا نامی دعوت کردیم که به اهمیت سنت مبارزاتی و ترقی خواهانه هشت مارس بپردازیم.

March 8th is International Women's Day, which was initially sparked by women workers in New York's textile mills protesting against inequality and the oppressive exploitation of the ruling system. In the 116 years since that historic movement, it has become a global movement that many governments even ostensibly celebrate this day.

We all know that the struggle for women's rights in the Islamic Republic is possible with the presence of millions of women and side by side with freedom-loving and equality-seeking men. The Women's Movement for Freedom of Life was a clear example of this growing trend.

This year, we are welcoming March 8th in Iran in a situation where, thanks to the Islamic government, poverty, misery, and high prices have engulfed not only working women, but also families of the middle classes of Iranian society. The severe cold caused by the government's bankruptcy in electricity production and gas distribution has put the physical and mental health of the majority of working families at risk of destruction. Women in these circumstances are under double pressure. Therefore, we are witnessing the presence of women alongside men in the ranks of retirees and nurses protesting the status quo on the one hand and fighting against hijab-wearers on the other in a historic confrontation against Islamic black reaction.

In tonight's roundtable, we invited two women's rights activists, Maryam Moradi and Diana Nami, to discuss the importance of the militant and progressive tradition of March 8.

22 بهمن و ذبح اسلامی انقلاب 57

اگر نخواهیم به انقلاب 57 از منظر شرایط اسفبار امروز بنگریم. ناچاریم برمبنای شرایط سیاسی – اجتماعی سالهای 55 تا 57  به علل و بروز آن تحولات اجتماعی که منجر به قیام بهمن 57 شد بپردازیم.

سال 55 سالی که سرآغاز بحران اقتصادی ناشی از کاهش درآمد نفت و توام با بسته تر شدن فضای سیاسی حتی برای طبقات حاکم با پایان دادن به نمایش حکومت دو حزبی (ایران نوین و مردم) و برقراری حکومت تک حزبی (رستاخیز). پایان متلاشی کردن آخرین گروههای چریکی چپ  و همچنین سال توافق ساواک ( به احتمال قوی به ریاست پرویز ثابتی) با برخی سران جنبش ارتجاع اسلامی همچون کروبی و عسگرآولادی برای آزادی از زندان و باسازی تشکیلاتهای موتلفه اسلامی بعنوان پادزهر ضد کمونیستی و  برای سوار شدن بر امواج نارضایتی عمومی که دستگاههای امنیتی بروزآنرا پیش بینی میکردند.

طرح ماده 100 شهرداری تهران برای تخریب خانه های زحمتکشان خارج از محدوه  به اجرا درآمد و اولین جرقه های شورش محرومان را بنمایش گذارد.

 تحرکات روشنفکران علیه اختناق سیاسی، شکنجه و زندان و همزمان با تغییر شرایط جهانی و مقبولیت جنبشهای اسلامی برای امپریالستهای غربی در فاز جدید جنگ سرد با بلوک ابرقدرت شرق، زمینه را برای عرض اندام ارتجاع اسلامی (در پاکستان توسط ژنرال ضیا الحق) و در ایران از اسلامیستهای فوکول کراواتی تا آخوندهای عمامه بسر زیر چتر حفاظتی ساواک در مساجد و دانشگاهها به عوامفریبی مشغول شدند.

 با اینکه نمایندگان سلطنت تلاش کردند که اسلامیون را توسط دولت شریف امامی در حاکمیت   سهیم کنند، لیکن ارتجاع اسلامی و شبکه مساجد که تنها تشکیلات مجاز در سراسر کشوربود توانست با به ثمرنشاندن تحمیق صد ساله مردم، رهبری جنبش اعتراضی را بدستگیرد، حاضر نبود موقعیت طلائی بدست آمده را با کسی سهیم شود. از اینرو بود که شورای انقلاب خمینی از ژنرال هویزر آمریکائی خواست تا افسار ارتش شاهنشاهی را به او دهد و درعوض حکومت جدید به ارودوگاه ضد کمونیستی وفادار بماند.

اکنون که به تاریخچه پر جنایت، چپاول و ویرانگر حکومت اسلامی مینگریم، در این چهل و اندی سال، زنان بردگی جنسی تحت قوانین اسلامی را تجربه کردند. دانشجویان، هنرمندان مردمی خفقان و تحقیر و زندان را تجربه کردند. کارگران، زحمتکشان، پرستاران، فرهنگیان و بازنشستگان بی حقوق و فقر مطلق را تجربه کردند و آقازاده ثروتهای افسانه ای و زندگی لاکجری را با چپاول اقتصاد یک مملکت بنا کردند.

امپراتوری اسلامی این آقایان با جنگ هشت ساله و  تداوم آن در جنگهای نیابتی خود در منطقه، جامعه ایران را از رفاه و آرامش و زندگی شرافتمندانه برای امروز و نسلهای بعدی تهی کرده است. بیخود نیست که فریادهای مردم از پشت بامها در سالروز 22 بهمن امسال از نزدیک شدن زمان ساقط شدن  نظام برده داری اسلامی  خبر میدهد.

برای بررسی این شرایط با پروانه عظیمی فعال حقوق زنان و کادر درمان در دالاس آمریکا به گفتگو مینشینیم.
