ماندنی، ۳۲ ساله،
پرستار بیمارستان «امام حسین» سپیدان، روز ۱۲ مرداد بعد از همراهی سه بیمار برای اعزام از این بیمارستان به
یکی از بیمارستان‌های شیراز، به دلیل فشار کار زیاد که در پزشکی به آن «سندروم
کاروشی» می‌گویند، جانباخت.
لیکن عمق فاجعه
بسیار ژرف است. شرایط کاری طاقت فرسا، اضافه کاری اجباری، ناکافی بودن حقوق و
مزایا از یک طرف، تعویق در پرداخت دستمزدها به یک کلام پرستار و پرسنل بهداشت و
درمان در ایران اسلام زده اسیر جنگی به حساب میآیند. میزان بالای آمار خودکشی کادر
درمان نوک کوه یخ این تراژدی است. در همه جای دنیا حرفه پرستاری بعنوان یکی از
انسانی ترین حرفه ها مورد قدردانی مردم واقع میشود. حکومتها حتی برای حفظ ظاهر هم
که شده به پرستاران و پرسنل درمان احترام میگدارند. و این فقط در حاکمیت اسلامی است که پرستار را بدلیل
اعتراض به شرایط غیر انسانی شلاق میزنند.

اعتصاب گسترده پرستاران در بسیار شهرهای ایران باخبر هستید.
در این
برنامه از پروانه عظیمی کادر درمان با تجربه در ایالت تگزاس آمریکا و مبارز خستگی
ناپذیر حقوق زنان و زحمتکشان دعوت کردیم تا شرایط کار، معیشت و مبارزه پرستاران در
ایران را بررسی کنیم.

Parvaneh Mandani, 32 years old, a nurse at "Imam Hossein" hospital in Sepidan, died on August 12th after accompanying three patients to be sent from this hospital to one of the hospitals in Shiraz, due to high work pressure, which is called "Karushi syndrome" in medicine. .
But the depth of the disaster is very deep. Exhausting working conditions, forced overtime, insufficient salaries and benefits on the one hand, delayed payment of salaries, in a word, nurses and healthcare personnel are considered prisoners of war in Islamized Iran. The high rate of suicide among medical staff is the tip of the iceberg of this tragedy. All over the world, the nursing profession is appreciated by people as one of the most humane professions. Governments respect nurses and medical personnel even to maintain appearances. And it is only in the Islamic government that the nurse is whipped for protesting the inhumane conditions.
