How is it that Mohsen Namjoo is accused, convicted and punished in the virtual world?

How is it that Mohsen Namjoo is accused, convicted and punished in the virtual world? What if, in order to enter the virtual world and joy riding, like driving a car, we needed to study the regulations and gain acceptance in theory and practice in recognizing and observing the traffic rules and obtaining a driver’s license. The dangers of accidents in the virtual world are no less than those of traffic accidents. In India and East Asia, we have seen a virtual influx of cybercriminals against minorities and women, and in Western schools we have occasionally witnessed a social media gang attack on a teenager that has led to suicide or depression. And recently we have witnessed a group attack on Mohsen Namjoo in the virtual world. In this program, we invited Soraya Shahabi, a Marxist thinker and defender of women's and children's rights, to look at the matter from another perspective. I remember when Olof Palme was assassinated in Stockholm and the police arrested a suspect, the suspects were called "thirty-three-year-olds" in the newspapers. Until the end of the trial, the public was not informed of the identity of this person, and I observed that in other cases as well, in order to preserve the dignity of the accused, the name of the accused was not revealed until the crime was proven and the sentence was announced. The principle is innocence and the accused is innocent until proven guilty in a competent court. 1) What is the position of the Me-Too movement in the virtual world and the real and legal world? The question is, how is it that Mohsen Namjoo is accused, condemned and punished in the virtual world?
